A world of girl bosses

With the art of manifestation rising within the new generation, I expect to see a world where women recognise their worth and embody this power and strength. In this reality, we would see a shift to a more empathetic society, inclusive of all genders, races etc. Increased representation for women would lead to a population of 'girl bosses' - women who showcase their nurturing talents, whilst also demonstrating the duality of being adaptable and intuitive. We would not see a shift to a matriarchal society, but one that embraces the talents of all genders, and utilises these harmoniously and equally.

Love this. Women do tend toward a different kind of leadership (generalising here, of course) that is more cooperative than competitive and authoritarian. Would love to see what kind of world that will make!
