The future visions of shopping:
One idea that would be beneficial in the future would be being able to try on clothing through online shopping. Having the ability to try on different sizes on your body through the click of a button would help so many online shoppers, and limit the amount of refunding that occurs. Additionally, feeling the fabrics and materials of the clothing before buying helps with choosing what items you will eventually buy, and makes the whole experience much easier. In the past, I have struggled in online shopping as I am unsure of how certain clothing will fit on me compared to the model shown, and with this idea it would make the process much more efficient.
Secondly, having an online assistant or online app that guides you and tells you what outfit would look best on you for different times of the month would make choosing outfits much simpler. Having someone create outfits for you, using your wardrobe, will be extremely helpful before going out, as you are able to choose the vibe you want to present and the people you want to attract or the theme you want to portray.
Finally, to further reduce the amount of time wasted trying to refund items and return them, it would be easier for someone to come to your door and collect the items off you, instead of you having to go to the post office each time you want to refund an item. This would make the whole process of upturning clothing quicker, and allows for reduced waste in clothing, and people keeping unused clothing due to the annoyance of having to return them.
